- 1.5 c flour
- 2 t powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t sugar
- 1.5 c rice milk
- 4 T butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, powder, salt and sugar.
- Stir in the milk, eggs and butter. Batter will be thick.
- Cook in waffle iron for 6 minutes.
- Makes 3-4 waffles (in Belgian waffle iron).
