- 1/2 c flour
- 1/8 t salt
- scant 1/2 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 T butter, melted or cut into small pieces
- splash of almond extract
- dash of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Mix flour and salt in bowl. Add milk and eggs.
- Stir in butter.
- Add flavoring.
- Pour into greased 8x8 pan (up to 9x13). Bake for 25 min or until lightly browned.
- Eat plain or top with chopped apples, cheese, etc.
