- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 T baking powder
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- optional: 1/2 t sugar
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Add the butter and mix in with fork.
- Add the milk and stir just until combined.
- Drop 12 biscuits onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 230C/450F for 8-12 minutes.
- Serve warm: plain or with butter, jam, or gravy
